Ok It will be on aprx. from 4-9pm PSTon weekdays, and 9am-9pm on weekends.
I also just loaded it up with customs :-D

I don't care for the War3 mod, it'd be a lot better once you install AMX or something, hackers just fill up those unsecure marked servers.

WAR3 mod pisses me off to no end.  If you want to play Warcraft games, go play them, don't infect Counter-Strike!!

Well you need to get a haxplugin or know what to look for, I've counted 3 - 4 in the last day on the server :p

Wallhack, Aimbot, Speedhack, there's tons of hacks for the game. Without anti-hack, they can do any number of things.

Watch your bandwidth consumption.

Also, watch your other computers on the network. It'll probably slow everything else down. :P

Valve's ANTI-Cheat program is a good step, another is having AMX mods to appoint all x86 members Administrator priviledges on your server, allowing them to ban anyone and everyone at their whim.

The best way to prevent hacking is to not allow connections to the server.  That'll show those hackers...and gamers...
