But most (if not all) members have at least some background in programming. It's a good way to establish some common grounds.

That has nothing to do with my statement..
x86 isn't a programming clan in any way.
and you have nothing to do with x86 in any ways So lets not tell people your "breaking news." We all know this isn't a programming clan, this is the introduction board and he can introduce himself in anyways he feels like it.

No, but it provides more than enough vindication for the reason behind him posting his interest in programming.
Well, I saw a dev forum, so I figured my programming background applied. ;D

How do I not have anything to do with x86? I've been around here longer then the site itself, I hope I've done something to be part of the community in all this time. I'm simply implying that it's not a requirement that you need to program, and every introduction and application to join people always get technical on what they can program.

Blasphemy. You ran off on us when you didn't get in. That doesn't count. =P
On a side note: everybody quit your bitching.

I didn't run off, I just didn't speak. :( And hey, I waited quite a long while throughout a lot of promises for that to happen, it was an extremely stressed and bad turnout on my part, kind of just blew.

It does. Most of our members (again -- if not all) are at least somewhat competant in the programming field. A large portion (perhaps majority) have taken extreme interest in programming and are in fact very good at it. It's something that we can relate to, it helps.
Screenor's just being silly. :P

In your ass. :P
Lmfao, what a lovely little picture..
Anyways, welcome to the forums Tomcat. Take what Shidoh said about programming here seriously. He is completely right in the fact that just because x86 isn't deemed a programming clan, it still has a vast number of people in it that are very good at programming.
I don't know what Scr33n0r was thinking. :D
