At the height of the Cold War, the US and Russia were competing in everything. First man in space, women in space, dog in space, largest hydrogen bomb, and race cars. However, we (the US) creamed Russia. Now, the newspaper companies had to report this, yet they couldn't report a loss because Russia was a dictatorship, yet the couldn't report a win, because thats lying.
How does Russia report that they lost the race, yet still look better than the US?

Say they exported the goods that were used to make the US vehicles? The US' products were produced by Russian scientists?
Hah, good, but not the answer I'm looking for.
This has to do all with how you word it. It seems to be a win.
They accused the US of cheating, of course.
They can't lie.
