I'd like to get attribute points sorted out for everybody. There are several ways I can do this:
1. With me. Over the course of the weekend, I'll talk to all of you one by one, and give you your rolled numbers. You can tell me how you want to allocate them
2. As a group. We'll meet on IRC at some predetermined time and do it. I don't like this one.
3. Individually. I'll post your attribute points for all of you here, and you can allocate them and post how you want them allocated.
I'm leaning towards #3. You'll all have to trust that your attribute points are totally random, and don't forget that humans' will be, on average, higher (you all get 3d6, they get 4d6, drop lowest, reroll 1's).
Also, although I'm going to be busy for the remainder of the week, I'm going to work on writing the formal rules. There aren't many, and I'll make up the rest as I go along. Also, a more complete equipment list will come. Once that's all out, picking languages and skills and spells is easy++, then we are ready to play!
I am leaning for #3. It's easiest.
If nobody opposes it by tomorrow, I'll roll for all y'all's stats and post here tomorrow. I'll also post what each attribute means, and get you to fill out your own character sheet.
I'll throw together a PHP script to make managing your character sheet easier, hopefully. We'll see :)
I actually like that idea. That way we know no one re-rolls :)
#3's fine with me. #2'd be great too, though.

Its really easy, you'd have no problem with any of the methods if you're given instructions (which you will be, I'm sure).
