A PHP script that we're going to use to manage our characters. It'll keep track of the statistiscs and provide an interface for rolling and stuff like that. It'll also have an admin panel for iago to view the roll logs and change anything he sees fit.
Stuff like that. It really isn't too big of a deal, it just takes time to make everything work smoothly.

I notice in that screenshot that Towelie is bugging you in 2 places at once (forum + msn). Nice, eh? :)
<edit> btw, I don't need anything fancy! I don't want an admin panel, I want a textfile I can tail (which is easier for me overall). Anybody can view/edit/roll/whatever for anybody else. I don't need any special powers, as long as I can view their character sheets just like a normal player. There should be no difference at all between user accounts, hell, you can even put a single password to log into the whole thing.
Simplicity is the key! Get complicated later, if we decide that a web front-end is the way to go. Maybe it'll be horrible to manage characters like that, and we'll opt for spreadsheets. We don't know!
