Feathermoon. I haven't been playing much recently, though...
Thunderlord = PVP
RP = FeatherMoon
I suggest making a charater on both. And just switch between the too. Plus in the next month we are all going to decide on one sever for x86 all togther.
I play on a couple servers...
Feathermoon -- 14 Human Paladin
Twisting Nether -- 10 Night Elf Druid
Skywall -- 15 Human Warlock
Thunderlord.
On that RPPVP we're going to colonize!
Speaking of, Twisting Nether may not be new but it generally has a lower population than most of the other servers.

Lately Feathermoon's been filled up--queues almost every evening. It's pretty annoying.

Yeah, that's one of the reasons I never played on there much.
A low-pop server isn't really as good as you all think it is, and it's probably just as developed as it would be. A medium-pop new server is what we need, or a new server in general.
We all need to agree on a server we would be active on, I have no real preferance. :/
Wait for WoW to create a new server.
