Whenever I set up a proxy and use it for the tracker, I get a like.. 3kb/s download speed, but whenever I turn it off, I get a 60kb/s download speed (just examples, but it is wayy more without proxy). Anyone know why and how to fix it?
Because a proxy is another stop the packets have to make. The fix is to not use a proxy.
Haha, I don't use a proxy then I get owned by feds. In a 4-10mile radius they've caught some people. And if they catch me and go through my computer, I'd be up to like.. millions of dollars in fines. :|
Proxy's don't do jack. Its not encrypted, in fact, its not modified at all. You're sending the EXACT same data, just to a different box, which for all the feds know, is just another tracker.

Joe is right (woah!), somewhat. If they're checking at the ISP level, you're screwed. If they're checking at the end point, you're safe. You're still taking a risk.
The problem is probably that the proxy is either slow or rate limited. Find a better proxy.
:\ Isn't there another way for me to do it so that they can't see i'm connected to a tracker?
Don't connect to it and use DHT ?
What's DHT?
So something like this? (http://www.opendht.org/)
I'm still confused.. but eh.
Ergot helpded me. kthxclosed
