So it's impossible to leave? Or, when you reenter the troll booth are the trolls gone and you can just go back into the dungeon?
You should've used that instead of the vampire, I could've owned those trolls! I was rolling 40's.
A monster with a monster rating of 40 has 40 health, 4 dice, and 20 adds. So together, it would be 12d6 + 60. Don't forget, if they win the combat round, you take the difference in damage :P

By reading it, it sounds like once you are done rolling for getting hit by a car, you end up back in the room.

Yeah but are the trolls there again? Making it just one big circle. Or, do you go back into the room with the trolls being dead and you're free to exit?
I presume they're dead.
Many of the rules/rooms are greatly up to the interpretation of the GM. Most of the rooms in the first 2 levels, I did totally differently than they intended.
