Well, just as the title says. Generally, what we did was the following:
Me and [myg0t]Geesus play WoW together on Aegwynn, and the other night we were bored and went clipping hopping. First we went and stood on top of Iron Forge, then got bored and stood on the highest mountain in the game, then we went to the new area of WoW not realeased yet, after which we went exploring into the secret Iron Forge airfield which you've probably seen on G4TV, so, after we'd done all that, we found a level 8 on a mount (Geesus took a screenshot, then killed the thing -_- so I'll ask him for it later). Then went looking for more and found what I called "the end of WoW", which is generally a bottomless pit that you basically fall through the whole world from jumping off (this can only be done while dead, however, because if you do it alive you'll apparently die within 50 seconds of the jump).
This is our story, and we're really not sure of wether we want to report this to Blizzard or not, so, here you are.

No, you can be alive, just, you'll die eventually. Guarenteed we're not jumping off dead again. (You have to hit water somewhere on the map to stop you from moving long enough for you to be able to use the auto-unstuck).
You'd faint after going into the ocean, though. :)

I did this as well last night, and found out something else that's pretty interesting. Whenever you're under any body of water shown on your map, you're all of a sudden swimming in water, but you're still under it.
Anyways, I got out by having my friend join the WSG queue for me while I was in the party.
