I LOVE cheese and pickles. I got an assortment of cheeses for Christmas, consisting of:
- White Chedder (My favorite!) is really strong, and dry, with almost a crunchy texture. I love it!\
- Orange Chedder -- Boring, nothing interesting to say
- Monterey Jack -- in the US, it's called American cheese. Somewhat mild, but has a nice flavor
- Garlic and Onion -- not my favorite, but still pretty good.
The pickles are dill pickles with extra garlic. Cheese is really basic (due to the dairy stuff), and pickles are acidic (due to the vinigar), so they balance quite nicely.

haha, nice.
You're crazy!
Mmmm..... give me some. :)
I'm going to go vomit.
My favorite snack is a taco. Or sour cream and onion potato chips. Both!

I generally consider tacos to be a meal, but I guess I'm a lot further from Mexico tha you.
I don't like Sour Cream and Onion chips much, but I love plain chips and Sour Cream and Onion dip. mmm....
But I'm trying to stick with healthier snacks, and tacos and chips just don't fit that. At least cheese isn't horrible :)

Yeah, I'm eating tacos as we speak.
And I love sour cream and onion dip. It's my favorite!

I'm fine, thanks.
I eat a lot of cheese, and have never been constipated. My bowels rock!
You've formed an immunity.

No it isn't. Monterey Jack and American cheese are different.

But I've never been affected by it. Born immune?

Then I'm confusing it with something else. We don't have American Cheese here, it has a different name.
I hate cheese. Hate hate hate. Only in rare cases, and only when cooked, do I actually like it (pizza, cheeseburgers, mozerella sticks, uhh that's about it).
Pickles rock.
American Cheese is White Cheddar, I thinks.
zomg hitmen Mozerella Cheese Sticks ROCKK
You guys eat too much.
All the cheese I've ever had in America all tasted different, and poisoned.. err... terrible.
Cheese and Pickles are good!

I dislike cheese on its own. With some foods (and I repeat: some) I like it.
NASTY!! Omfg iago, I can't believe you actually eat that shit! :(
I hate plain cheese, it has to be melted on something. And I HATE pickles!! ><!! That's so nasty Ron!
iago, it looks like I'm one of the few with you this time, I love cheese. I don't much care for american cheese though. Besides, who decided that it would be defined as American cheese? Do you have Canadian cheese? If you do, they're probobly just the same thing, only made to create a sort of "our national cheese > your national cheese" false nationalism. Anyhow, cheese rocks. I California we have a whole ad campaign for California that usually involves talking cows, at the end of the commercial it is said that "Good cheese comes from happy cows. Happy cows come from California." I honestly don't know Arizona cheese from California cheese, but apparently the cows are happier here.

What, only 4? :-\
I love cheese by itself. I'll eat like half a block of cheese with my breakfast somtimes.
I like pickles too, but not with cheese.
Cheese makes me gag.
I grow pickles along with a lot of other vegetables. Come spring if you want some homemade dill canned pickles let me know =) we usually can like 100+ quarts each year. I think they taste a hell of a lot better then any vlastic too.</farmerrant>
Cheese alone blows balls.
Cheese with taco bell = pwn.
Cheese with Subway = pwn.
Cheese with Pizza = pwn.
Cheese with any Punjabi dish = own. (<3 Paneer!)
Mythix is a farmer, hahahahah.

Fucking amazing. I may have to get some, regardless of my dislike for pickles. ;)

You drink too much. You have a thread about wine, where I didn't complain, let me have a thread about cheese. They go together well!
And no, we don't have Canadian cheese. We don't even have Canadian Bacon here, we just call it ham. I don't see what the US's obsession is with naming foods after countries :)

We don't have such an obsession!
/me nibbles on his Frensh Toast and sips on his Irish Soda.
Later I plan to eat some English Muffins.
Deadly, I will fuck your dot on your head with my lap rocket. <3
But yea, we grow our own dill too, so everythings made out of my garden. The next time you sit down and have some corn or pork, theres a really good chance the hog or corn was in Iowa since our prices are so low.
I'm pretty sure we grow corn and pork locally (pork for sure), so in my province it probably comes from here :D
Canned corn, on the other hand, could very well be you guys. But we rarely get canned pork.
My uncle on my moms side has a farm with cows. Lots of crap. :)
