Which one do you use and why?
Personally I use XFCE because the computer I'm running on (digitalfortress @ 433MHz, 6gb partition for Slack including swap, 8mb or less video card, 384mb RAM) is extremely old and would asplode on KDE's pretty-much-Windows GUI. XFCE also looks neat and I found it to be easier to tweak (without editing the source code) than KDE.
Window Managers*
WindowMaker is the name of a specific one, the one that I use.
I use WindowMaker because it does exactly what I need it to, and it does it easily. I use xbindkeys (http://hocwp.free.fr/xbindkeys/xbindkeys.html) to run programs, so I don't need any built in menuing system.

Fixed.
I run xfce or WM, depending on my mood.
FluxBox is the shit.
KDE because I can and I can I load it up with useless resource wasting crap.
Fluxbox right now because KDE will own my ass without proper video drivers.
