Yea they had the Cubans make them some boats.  But seriously, Google Earth pictures are atleast 6 months old(Proof of Age: 41 31'51.56" N  71 18'57.12" W, That ship has not been into port in Newport in over 18 months and should currently be in Norfolk), that could be anything from an icecream truck to an RV to a Tent.
