I'd love to see the outcome of this one. A ruling in favor of the Holy Grail peoples would basically mean that EVERY POPULAR AUTHOR would get sued. Lord of the Rings? Elves! Dwarves! HELLO! COPYRIGHT!

Eh, wtf. That idea is way too general to be considered stealing. If it something like: They had a kid at 12:25 A.M. under a shiny moon and smiling stars, and then he said the same thing in the Da Vinci code, then shit. Maybe they'd have half a reason to sue.
Again, religion always leads to controversy. Although this same topic could apply to anything, it happens to deal with Jesus and his doings.
