Why is it the best holiday ever?
Because it surpasses the greatness of every other holiday. Duh.
I'll wish Yoni a happy one tomorrow. 8)
As long as we're talking about special days, happy Commonwealth Day to any Canadians, UKians, Australians, and New Zealandians here!
Pi day is better! :(

Mol day is the BEST!
I was just thinkin that.
In my science class we actually celebrated it, like seriously. We made cards & some little project (all had to do with science but it was still nuts)
Haha. Mol day.. how lame!
Pi ftw. If you refuse to believe that Pi pwns a Mol, you sux.

Pi is just some irrational number. At least a mol is an irrational number.... times 10
23!

It's like... 6.023 isn't it? That's not nearly as irrational as pi. :P

I don't think Avagado's Number is irrational. I don't think anything dealing with quantum measurements can be irrational. ;)

There aren't "levels" of irrational-ness. :)

Of course there are! There are "levels" of everything!

You might be right. I know it's much longer than 6.023 though.

Hehe, yeah. It's used in conjunction with grams and you're talking about things at a molecular level, so it would have to go on and on. If I remember correctly, no one knows its complete value, but it has an exact value. Since it's measuring a number of redundant molecules, I think it would have to. :)

Avacado?....yummm
Avagadro, sorry. :)
We celebrate Pi day at our high school :D! It's a huge fair and we have a contest to see who can recite the most digits. Last year, my friend won with ~140 digits of pi!
My friend knew Pi out like, 300 digits back in 6th grade. He stopped caring. :P

Hehe, fun. We did in middle school, but the only person who really even knew it was Pi day other than myself (without either of us two mentioning it) was one of the math teachers in my school.
I almost forgot to do this!
HAPPY PI DAY
