I think alot of countrys could learn from the tolerant culture of the Dutch.
Quotethe test would not be required for European Union citizens or people from Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Canada, the United States, Australia, New Zealand or Japan. Female victims of human trafficking would also be exempt.
It'd be easier to say "the test would be required for all Islamic people".

Good idea though, we should do that for the Mexicans.

How so? Like Mexicans gotta be exposed to our bible thumping goodie too-shoes culture, or they should be asked to learn TO SPEAK ENGLISH?

Mostly the part about english
That examination exists when people apply for U.S. Citizenship. My parents took the test (I was too young).
