Title: Gaming on Linux

Has anybody here had any luck with WINE? Just checking, since it has given me trouble in the past. Thinking about giving it another shot.

iago, Newby, Quik and Krazed all play games on Linux fairly regularly, I'm pretty sure.

Cedega works very well (http://www.x86labs.org:81/forum/index.php/topic,5415.0.html).

Sadly, it's commercial.  But it has a free 15-day trial.  And there's always Bittorrent...

OMG IAGO SUPPORTS PIRACY!
Er.  WINE isn't that great at running games -- hell, it breaks running Notepad2!  Try Cedega.

Without configuration / messing with installation parameters, I couldn't even get notepad to run.
