Very fucking upset.
I try to install a graphic card, and my computer ends up frying. I think..
I'm a noob when it comes to fixing shit internally.
So I plug my new card in, follow all instructions, try to turn on my computer. It turns on, but nothing works. I hear a very slight sound inside the computer, but that's about all the acitivty it shows. The monitor, fan, and all the other ports on that side of the motherboard are all unactive. I can't get to BIOS because no monitor works to view it with..
HELP!?
Have you tried plugging the monitor cord into your integrated port? Does it still work in that? If so, go in there, disable the integrated video card and see if it works. If not, take the AGP card out, reset your CMOS (I think I've showed you how to do this before) and call the card vendor. It's probalby faulty hardware if it doesn't work in this case.
Remove the card and press all cables/cards firmly in. Try again.
Happened to me countless times.

Resetting my CMOS was a fucking nightmare -.-

Do you mean it resulted in a nightmare or the process was a nightmare? If it's the latter, you did it the hard way. :P

I don't want to. It's too long. I think I'll instead wait for him to answer my question. :P
His mobo is fried. We reset the CMOS and it still failed to boot.
Suggestions? Or am I right? :p

It's possible. You've tried alternate PCI ports with the original card, I assume? Additionally, try another video card (out of an old computer or something).
I fail to see how a simple change such as this could fry the motherboard, although I suppose a short in the new card could have caused some problems.
We unplugged all the PCI cards (they were useless) and tried to use onboard graphics and nothing came up.
(It should have reset with the CMOS.)

I presume there aren't any sort of beeps when the computer turns on?
Another decent thing to do is to unplug all devices (as strange as this may seem -- especially in this case), including IDE devices such as hard drives. If anything changes, put them back into use one by one.
Otherwise, it's safe to assume it's a motherboard/CPU issue.
Well, we unplugged all the CD drives and the hard-drive. No lights at all. Plug the CDs in and they spin. Plug the hard-drive in and the light on the front comes on.

There are some other troubleshooting techniques you could use, but in this case, I'm pretty sure it's safe to say the motherboard/CPU/both is shot.
