what server do you play on?
I picked some random one today, was playing BOTS, was losing :(
I mostly play bots to get my skill up.
If I could find my HL2 CD, you could play me. I'm easier than a bot. In all practicality, I'm a target dummy. :(
same here sidoh.
warriro did you get offline on the game? its taking me forever to load the files for this map, oye
Bots are definitely not a challenge.
Play them on hard and outnumbered.
Or instead of doing that mail the game to me because I want it.

...or maybe you could just buy it? Seeing as that only one instance of a given account can be active at a time, it would be pretty clear to Valve that you're pirating their software.
I haven't played CS:S in a while, but I wouldn't mind it!
If he was complaining about it, he could deactivate his account and give the game to me. Not pirate it, he doesn't need a copy if he doesn't like it.
Who is complaining?
Plus, I didn't get a CD, I bought it through Steam & downloaded it...took a while, but its fun!
I just need to practice, ALOT...on EASY bots

Unless its changed you are wrong. You can login to your steam account and play any game you own on any computer. I'm rather sure you can play single player with mutliple logins however you can't have the same steam id on a server twice so that puts a limit on sharing your account with a friend.

Hrm. Maybe my playtest of it wasn't adequate to test right, or I might be remembering trying to play on the same server. Iunno.
That's odd, I always thought it was a Steamside check for multiple users on the same SteamID while playing. I believe it ties in with playing on secure servers and your ID being sent to VAC
