After 1.10, you won't be allowed to stack those trinkets.  They'll share a cooldown.

I know, that is the stupidest thing Blizzard has ever done.  Mages are now useless.

Far from it.  They're just not nearly as (unfairly) potent as they are in 1v1 PvP.

Going from being able to kill something, to not being able to isn't very fair.

When mages are designed for AoE killing (plus a multitude of other advantages), I'd sday it's quite fair.

This was supposed to make people laugh, but whatever. -_- Yes mages do need to be nerfed atleast a small amount, two shotting a warrior isn't right.

If I'm not mistaken, Priests and Warlocks can do it too (though I'm sure it's far more difficult with a Priest).  It's a simple mishap on Blizzard's part.  Apparently, the trinkets were meant to share a cooldown timer (I've heard that, anyway).

Don't worry, Blaze.  I'm sure you could still beat my Priest, even without these things.  I'm pretty good at dueling, but not when you have an almost endless amount of chances to get the right combination of critical hits (sheep + drink). :(

In any case, Screenor, I thought it was pretty funny. ;)

Yup, and priests are designed for healing.

If that was (without exception) true, the Shadow tree wouldn't exist. ;)

Yeah, of course I noticed. :P

I'm curious as to why he was doing so much damage with it.  Holy Fire isn't an increadibly amazing spell from my experience. :\

edit -- After posting this, I realized that this Priest isn't Holy.  He's Discipline.  Notice Power Infusion (the animation identical to Arcane Power), which is the new 31-point Discipline talent.
