Although I agree, you ought to give a reason. 

I'll give two:

#1: he talks about using wordpad to talk to somebody.  I've never heard of a hacker using a GUI hacking tool (vnc? rdesktop?) before. 

#2: he talks about scanning 65k addresses.  I doubt that NASA has a Class B, most stuff they do is likely NATed.

On a side note, there was a kid at my school years ago who actually did hack into NASA (at least I think it was NASA).  Not really sure, but it's what all the teachers have told us.
