My english teacher is making us right 3 poems in the Lyric, ode, and sonic style format about socks. Can you guys write them for me. ???
Lyric: Devotion to Socks
Alas! How my horrid heart does love her!
The comforting cotton that carresses
Fie! My wretch of a soul she doth oft spur
So I steal hair off my lady's tresses.
Basically, I am in love with a sock, I am continuously denied, so I take the hair off my wife. I'm using iambic pentameter by the way.
Ode: To long for me to write for now.
Sonic: What is a sonic?
Sorry if my lyric sucks, I'm not into poetry that much and that is my first time writing one.
