obscenity is illegal.  obscenity is something that lacks that stuff.  shooting kerry wouldnt be legal.

obscenity is illegal.  obscenity is something that lacks that stuff.  shooting kerry wouldnt be legal.
Well, if the graphics were really pretty, it would have artistic merit; therefore, it would be legal. :D

Since when does violent videogames = hardcorn pornography? Why outlaw hardcore porn and not softcore? It seems like softcore pornography would be a step above videogames on the list.
