I need that ringtone
COOL !! I should watch that channel more :\ I tend to watch KNTV or KTVU ;P Very cool tone though!
Neither my dad or mom can hear it... my sister is going nuts ;P
The RIAA could use this to combat piracy... ouch :(
This is n00b. Nobody uses ringtones anymore, vibrate ftw.
Most students are visible using cell phones because when you text, you use both hands and you are staring down at the little screen. It looks like you're either on your phone, or masturbating.

I use one hand except when using my sidekick 2, that's too bulky.
I type texts considerably faster when using both hands, much like I do when I'm typing with two hands on a PC keyboard. It's more than double the speed.
Incidentally, I've been using the Peter Gunn Theme from Blues Brothers as my ringtone. I also have Imperial March, Flood (by Jars of Clay), Pressing On (by Reliant K), Arman Katchuturian's Sabre Dance by Empire Brass, Will Not Fade by Audio Adrenaline, and End of the World by dc Talk. ;)
I can hear the sound a TV makes when it's just sitting. Heh.

Me too, and I normally don't look at my phone while texting, I just make sure that it's what it should be when I'm done typing.

Ugh, me too, is that uncommon? I've never bothered to ask anyone. I hear lots of extremely quiet things.
/me ponders if iago can hear it...

That sound drives me
nuts. I can hear all kinds of other white-noise that nobody else in my family can hear (my sisters heard some of it when they were younger, though). It's annoying.
Weird..........
I heard about this yesterday.. It's some crazy stuff.

Well, I spent half of a second looking on the cluttered page and just hit google.

I couldnt here it & was wondering...........so I put my ear close to it......FUCKING OW!
I think my dogs can hear it tho!
My speakers cant play it loud enough
I can hear it easily. I can hardly hear 21000hz. Anything lower I can hear.
[edit]
I found the site that has different frequencies.
http://www.ochenk.com/entry.php?id=63
What is your frequency threshold?
I kind of doubt the units are MHz. :p

Yeah I can hear the TV sound too. We walked into a house for a showing and I could tell immediately that a TV was on.
I could hear 16000Hz clearly, marginally 17000Hz, and could not hear 18000Hz.
For the first two sounds that he wasn't sure about, I could hear the second sound easily, and heard the sound pulsing in the first.
25000Hz made some sort of obnoxious ringing in my speakers...
I can hear 17000 Hz really well and can't hear 18000 at all. But when I stop it from playing I can hear a change in tone.
On second thought (progressing from 16 to 18) I can tell that there's a sound, but I can't actually hear the pitch. Kinda like my body knows it is there, but I can't hear it.
And on 20000 Hz if I turn the volume from 66 to 74 my speakers start freaking out.
about 17000, but I've been working with metal grinders and shit all day so my hearing's a bit impaired anyway.
I can faintly hear 25,000
I can hear 22,000 faintly, but by 23,000 it's gone completely.
At 22,000 I can hear it fine, but it fades at 23,000 and stops at 24,0000
Oh well I have a loud ass dishwasher next to me.
But ya, i've been doing this for a while, not as a ring tone, but as an annoyance <3
I had a dog wistle that could do diffrent pitches, and I used to use it in class all the time.
Its funny cuz like 1/2 the class would twitch (heads move, sudden jerks of arms, etc...) all together, and my teacher would jsut look puzzled 0.o

I cant hear higher than 14000.
I wonder what my dogs think of all of this stuff...
My speakers won't play 20,000 and above. I can't even tell you what I can hear!

Psht.. I wish I could hear that. :D
I can hear 21,000 fine. After that, I can't hear anything.
