Wiping on Firemaw for the second time now because our hunter in full tier 2 can't pull.
Gonna go one shot frankriss the unyielding :D
Edit: We did. :)
Trying to get to level 29 ASAP, almost 25 now!
41 warlock, mad grinding until upper-40's, taking a money/equipment break on Maraudon, then grinding to and in BRS. After that, equipping up on BRS runs (when you're 60 you can pretty much just get in) and heading to MC. =)
Just downed Ony! :D no more negative dkp for me... 7.5 DKP FTW!

Now on Chromaggus. (This is my first BWL with Enclave, just joined yesterday.)
Edit: Nef.
Our server was very laggy and shitty tonight, so we 1 shot Razorgore, but people kept getting disconnected for an hour straight before we could start Vael, andI mean mass disconnects, so we ended up calling it.
I only saw one server split on Thunderlord.

Shut up.
Oh, to the rest of you, DO NOT kill Argent Dawn people. -30,000 reputation, ftl. I learned the hard way.
Oh, and Our server sucked spectacularly today, but around 2am, it was AMAZING no lag at all. It went downhill after that as Eastern Kingdoms chrashed three times.
I'm trying to think where I was at 2AM. I'm rather positive I was grinding earth elementals in Arathi. No crashes here.
By my excellent suggestion, my guild is running a Zul'Farrak series tonight at 7PM server time (CST).

When open server transfer comes up, I'm moving to Maelstrom ASAP. I talked to a GM and PvP <-> RPPvP is a go.
Attempting AQ40... Now on wipe number...6? I lost count exactly. First boss still not down.
Trying to get to 29 ASAP so I can get my PvP rank up some more.
Losing in Arathi Basin, as usual.
Yay, first boss down on our 2nd try of the night. Attempting Lord Kri now.
Wishing I was playing WoW. :(
Wishing I didn't drop every damn 10 minutes over the past two hours.

Gonna go grind Tanaris for an hour or so.

Your friend is probably full of shit, haha. As Hydraxian Waterlords are to Molten Core, the Brood of Nozdormu is to Ahn'Qiraj. Bosses drop insignias which award 550 reputation to the Brood. Destroying that reputation (guilds that farm AQ have members which are mostly exalted) by killing its leader would be asinine. The signet rings which you see a lot of geared level 60's running around with are awarded by Anachronos.

Anachronos IS that "world boss", except that's not a world boss. It's an AQ rep mob, when you become friendly you become able to get a rewarded ring for free, and it's not "Taverns of Time" it's Caverns. Also, level 500 is not very high, a lot of the bosses in BWL are twice this.
Blizzard would not make it so you have to kill him, because he's a reward hub for AQ.

So am I... please read my post.
Screenor seemed to clarify it. I demistified the rumor; it's complete bullshit if you ask me. Blizzard would not make Brood of Nozdormu (of which Anachronos is the brood leader of) a
major part of the game (
all of the set gear that comes out of AQ requires reputation with Brood of Nozdormu) and a few patches later require a server to join forces and slay the leader of the brood which you've worked so hard to gain faction with.
There are a lot more raid bosses than that. There are raid dragons in Duskwood, Feralas, Azshara and one other place, I think... not to mention there are even more than that. :P
I would also like to point out that "level 500" isn't level 500. All that means is they are immune to snares and get a boss icon.

I see what you mean. Iam sorry I didnt catch it the first time, or the second time for that matter. I personally dont know what the fuck blizzard is thinking half the time if you ask me. For all we know they might make a Arthas boss and stick him in Durtar and say "He left Icecrown for vaction"

Also, the client returns level "-1," not level "500," in case you're curious. ;)

Also the higher the level the higher the health, also the less a chance to hit there is.

Yes, unless its a boss. Bosses don't really have a "level." They just have static statsitics that blizzard has assigned them.
Oh a uh.. less trivial.. note, I switched my hunter back onto a gun. I know how horribly un-fantasy it is for a Night Elf to be using a gun, but since I dislike the NE stereotypes SO MUCH, and since I like the sound of it (and our priest hates it, yay), I thought it was a good idea. Not to mention, I get to be a girl with a gun. >:-D Rarr.

This is why I am very utterly surprised my Aimed Shot actually hit Anachronos in the first place.
What I'm doing? Grinding until 17, waiting for wires to get on, and trying to decide on my professions.
Just got owned trying to do VC. :P
Due to boredom waiting for my friends to level, and after the first step in this direction trying to take on Anachronos single handed, I have decided that every day I'm going to do at least one stupid thing to keep myself amused.
Today's stupid activity is something I'm sure many of you have heard of before, but maybe not put into practice. (Sidoh helped me plan this out a little, heh.)
I trained a level 14 raptor, and had it 'Stay' very close/on the road right next to the Crossroads. A hill over, I shadowmelded, /pvp'd, and waited.
Twenty seconds later, I bagged myself a lvl 12 shaman. Twice. (He was sorta smart and dragged my pet into the guards. Sigh.)
He must have called his friends, because a level 44 hunter and 53 priest came chasing after me. Since I was wearing no armor (who wants to pay the repair bill?), I died quite fast. Oh well.
Two minutes later, I bagged another shaman, who didn't release for quite a long time.
Four minutes after that, I bagged yet ANOTHER shaman, who, after ressing, ran around like a chicken with her head cut off as I chased her on my nightsaber.
I know this is utterly cruel and rather obscene amusement, but you gotta admit... There is something satisfactory about being able to kill a shaman. (Even if it is 33 levels lower than you.)
For those interested, this is Dead Shaman #2:

Like, 38 in 3 weeks. Pretty decent k. Doing countless SM runs ATM.
Well, my dad made me get off after we did Baron in MC, so I had my friend play for me. When I got on a few minutes ago, I got on vent with the warlock CC, well she isnt the warlock cc, but an officer and is the one who gives all directions to warlocks. Aanyways, she tell me everything that "I" did wrong. It is great when my friend made some mistakes, and I had to take the fall for them and say sorry or something.
one thing was I forgot to tell him I was on banish duty. So... he didnt banish :P. While on vent she was yelling at me (well more of giving me a speech) about me being "afk" alot while on banish duty, and not banishing. I just said "Oh, sorry about that, wont happen again" that was hard to do! :D Anyways, I didnt mind having to do taht... it was worth getting the dkp off of 3 more bosses lol

/me slaps Joe.
The Shaman was in The Barrens. Know what that means? He doesn't have his PvP flag on -- even if it is a PvP server, he won't be flagged. She cleverly lured him into attacking her low level pet so he flagged.
Hunters have um... one spell that has a 20% of stunning for um.. 3 seconds. That's hardly stunlocking. Stunlocking means you're stunned with ability after ability until you're dead. Example (Rogue):
Cheap Shot (4 seconds)
Kidney Punch (2-6 seconds)
Gouge (4-5 seconds)

I just finished waiting for the fourth night in a row for our warrior to show up so we could run Uldaman. I haven't done Uldaman since 41, and now that I'm 46, I'm a LITTLE pissed off that we STILL haven't run it again. Took us so friggin' long to find a warrior that wasn't Fury specced, and now that we have, he's never online long enough anymore to do jack shit except get too tired to run (like, get to the instance portal and then back out), or his "net dies". Ri-hight.
I guess it wouldn't be so bad if we could actually PvP, but we beat the Horde's asses so much they won't queue up for WSG anymore. *sigh*

Well, I did get a very good polearm from Ulda. But, the main reason that we're going back is to wtf-pwn the statue boss because we wiped on him twice at level 41..
And, our priest sucks at healing so ZF eats us alive.
On a side note, though, I have to say that, despite the fact that I'm level 46, I *STILL* wear the green whelp armor for PvP. I can't tell you the satisfaction I get when I'm down to 6% health, a warrior and shaman are beating on me, and almost simultaneously, they both fall asleep. Needless to say, I made it out alive... They didn't.

The whelp armor is also very good to have in ZG in the encounter with the Panther boss. She has 30'ish panthers randomly targeting group members and you must not hit them, this armor does the trick. It's fun to see 30 panthers sleep around you :D.
Pfft, get a priest to give you a shield and you'll be fine! :)
I hit level 46 and ran orange mara (and got the stick). Then for some reason half the group got stupid and kept leeroying mobs. Our healer was a non-resto druid and they kept making me die, so I pretty much said "bye guys" and left. I'm well on my way to 47 now.. grinding turtles (yes, I know it's a bad idea, shh).
I also got my Noggenfogger last night. I'll tell you one thing, it's excellent for horde-hunting. They see a tiny little warlock come up to them and they start bashing you even though you're a few levels above them. Owned, bye guys.

*sigh*
Zul'Furak, thanks. I personally have completed Uldaman once, just to read the lore books. The quests make you go back several times and reward you with like, negative xp. Don't bother with it, nothing good drops there.
So I've heard. :D While I'm sad I won't be able to use the armor in PvP next tier, I'm going to do my best trying to find as many uses for it as possible. :(

Pfft, get a priest to give you a shield and you'll be fine! :)
So far, I've only seen one alliance priest PvP, and that's Adam. Adam heals our rogue. And our warrior, if he's in WSG with us. But GOD FORBID he heal the warlock or the hunter. I'm lucky if I can pop a couple potions while I yell at him over vent to actually /do/ something. (He just ninjas our killing blows and expects us to protect him from onslaughts of shamans and warriors.)

This was nerfed two patches ago, now only effects level <50.

Your friends ditching you so that every single one of those mobs attack you.
And then refuse to come back and res you.
I hate ZF.
I find it ironic, though, that we completely accidently pulled the basilisk boss, a priest with half mana and a warlock and warrior half health, and NOT wipe, we pulled off the steps with only one death, and yet, for SOME reason, we wiped in the scarab room with ONE elite and a few scarabs.
Still pisses me off that Gahz dropped a friggin' green.

Their stupid pets can cast lock me though. :( Oh, and this rogue did the distract thing to me and kept facing me the wrong way when I blinked... That is the worst. :(
For.. 2 seconds.. if they're Beast specced. ::)
I see you've never dueled a level 60 hunter as a mage.
Metal > Blaze.
Just hit 56. Too tired to say much of anything else. -_- Except that every mob should drop 20 runecloth. I know I'm friggin insane, but I'm working my butt off to try and get enough Stormwind rep by 60 to hit exalted. Granted, I'm going to have to pay for a lot of it, but... I will get my fucking pony.
