River & Osbourne... hmm

there's a Subway/A&W on the north-east.  A gas station on the north-west.  And I think appartment buildings on the other two sides. 

*looks at the picture*

Oh, that's Alanis Moresette.  She's ascending to heaven. 

Actually, there's nothing special there, it's just an apartment.  As far as I can guess, the apartment might use solar panels for heating (many do, here) which caught the sun just right.

Sorry, I was a block off on one instance -- the north-west corner is a liquor store/Safeway/movie rental place / drugstore.  Not all in one building.
