I'll be on for the rest of today until this evenin, but after that I'm gone to Mexico!

I'll be back online saturday night/sunday mornin.


w00t, yay mexico, yay 18yrs old being legal, yay beach (I've never been to the beach...seen 'em, never been to them), yay friends, boo VERY shady hotel.

Just go to San Diego. You get your fair share of Mexicans without the trashy neighborhoods.

Boo fucking hoo. Find some college kid that'll buy you a shitload of booze, THEN go to San Diego!

Just avoid paperbagging a 1.75 L bottle of Jack Daniels and walking around the streets of downtown San Diego, and all will be good.

Hell, bring it to one of the beaches out there.

JUST BEAUTIFUL!!!!

I call the van rental place, get a quote for $580ish. Cool, we get the money figured out.
My friend rents the van (she has to, she's the only one that is 21 of us)...$433. Uhm, ok, maybe its cheaper because she's a chick, thought that was too good to be true...and it was. Talking with my friend at our last trip meeting which was tonight (we leave in the morning) she said the van company never asked her age (so I say they're gonna catch that when we get there so we need to be ready to pay) & then she asks about insurance...uhm, excuse me wtf, the van comes with insurance.
Me: Did you tell them we're going to Mexico?
Friend: No
Me in my head: WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON IN YOUR HEAD!? Did you think they were friggin psychics!?


SO, we're gonna be back up to me quote of $580 (hopefully they can change all of this & we can still rent the van assuming we have all of our paperwork together).
