It was kinda my fault, kinda my brother's. Long story, I'll tell it when I have free time (I won't be home for the night)
Sorry!

It's your fault for not making your computer brother-proof :[ !
My hunch is his bro reset darkside. I'll download putty and SSH him to verify. ^^
EDIT: Wow, I pwn.

Well, here's the story.
I was playing with my new computer (which will probably be Pie), and stole the power cord from my main desktop. Because nobody ever uses it (it's just me, my mom, and my stepdad here: I use my laptops, my stepdad uses his laptop, and my mom doesn't), I didn't bother rushing to put it back.
Unfortunately, my stepbrother came over today to use it to print off some resumes. When it wouldn't work, he (for some reason) reset all the power bars. I have no clue why he would do that, since obviously it isn't plugged into that.
Just so everybody knows, I'm planning on taking Darkside offline for a couple hours at some point (probably late this week or next weekend) and moving it to my bedroom. I need to rearrange the network a little to accomidate it (we'll see how that works out), but I'm getting a 4-port KVM switch, so I'd like to have all my computers in the same place.
When I decide to do it, i'll make a post somewhere. We'll see.
All right! Darkside is now moved to my bedroom, and his secondary harddrive has been removed (which I never use) so I can play with my other computer :D
Self Check:
1. Did you super glue the power cord?
2. Did you super glue the ethernet cable?
3. Did you remove the power switch / reboot button cable running to the motherboard?
4. Did you waterproof your computer?
5. Is it flame-retardent?
6. Is it shielded from radiation?
7. Is it bulletproof?
8. Is it bolted to the floor (incase of hurricane/tornado) ?
9. Does it have floatation devices incase it gets carried to sea?
10. Does it have reflectors so you can easily spot it?

Those are mututally exclusive!
Yes, they can. What if your house gets carried out to sea by the hurricane?
If that happened, then having floaters on the computer would be irrelevant.
It would save the house >:/
What the ruddy HELL is Darkside? One of your Linux boxes?
It happens to the Linux box that this site is run on.
This site, JavaOp's site, and x86's bots (iago[x86], x86, tuberload, etc.) are all on it
AND MAI BOT! :)
