Many of you might know (from my whining, mostly) that my iPod isn't working. Well, I filled out the application for warrenty repair on the weekend.
Today, I received a package from Purolator (shipping company) -- apparently, Apple overnighted this box to me. I thought it felt empty, so I opened it up and found a note and packing foam. It turns out, they shipped me an EMPTY BOX WITH FOAM overnight!
One of the instructions:
2. Remove the large piece of foam inside the box. Insert your ipod. Replace the foam. Close the box. (edited a little for brevity)
I never laughed so hard!! :D
Don't you need to tape the box? Or do the contents magically stay inside?
yes, it also said to tape the box. They also provided tape!
Thats like A+++++ for customer service right there!
they dont want to lose too many customers!
I still love how they mailed me an empty box :D
Try to ask for another box, say you missed place the first one :P
Say the box they sent you was missing the required tape and/or instructions, and they need to mail you another, this time complete, setup.
Why the hell would I want a second box!?
Why the hell wouldn't you want a second box!?
If you actually thought about my post, you'd see the irony.
Haha, they forgot to include the box. "You guys only airmailed me a tag that says "airmail" and the instructions, no box!"
