Title: iPod Warrenty
Post by: iago on February 22, 2005, 01:46:26 pm: Many of you might know (from my whining, mostly) that my iPod isn't working. Well, I filled out the application for warrenty repair on the weekend.

Today, I received a package from Purolator (shipping company) -- apparently, Apple overnighted this box to me. I thought it felt empty, so I opened it up and found a note and packing foam. It turns out, they shipped me an EMPTY BOX WITH FOAM overnight!

One of the instructions:
2. Remove the large piece of foam inside the box. Insert your ipod. Replace the foam. Close the box. (edited a little for brevity)

I never laughed so hard!! :D
