Only before 2000 (coincidentally, of course, right before Bush took over).  Our dollar was down to like 55 cents American.  In the last 5 years, it's shot up to 83 cents or so.  Hooray for American economy doing badly! :)

It deleted some Adware that was on my system, and I [might have] wanted it! Where do I send my complaint?!
