It's a glitch in the 2.0.3 patch. Some guy posted it on the tech support forums, lol. I think it's an enchantment gone haywire.

Probably a lot of them. Looks like the unit frames are Nurfed.
Check out one of my old raid members' UI: http://www.methart.com/chaos/gaets/ui_2-0_2_t.jpg
I've got a question about WoW, Is it hard to get high FPS? like...I play CSS and I have to play small maps to get a 50 fps range otherwise it's slow...
Would I experience this in WoW?
Low FPSs really don't make that much of a difference in WoW compared to what a First person shooter would require.

CS' graphics suck compared to WoW's. Plus, there is way more going on in WoW (especially in a place like IF). Your resources are more tied up.
eh, ironforge is alright - i find the game to run a little slower in an area where it's raining, there's some sort of fog / smoke and there's a bunch of spells being cast all at once.

I have the graphics cranked. My FPS suffers when I'm in IF. :(

Ironforge is empty now that the expansion rolled.
PS: The eye sees 16 frames per second, IIRC. Things will appear smooth between 16 and 30 FPS depending on how much you're used to playing games (obviously your eyes are trained to expect more FPS if it's always flashing before you, even if you can't "see" it). For me, things smooth out around 20 FPS.

You have no idea how the human eye works.
