I guess my hard work paid off. I just gave birth to a bouncing level 60 feral druid.
And, 2 days before the expansion. I rock.
Also, today marks another landmark. I left my first instance today because I was *told* to heal when we had 0 tanks. Freaks.

That had to hurt, especially bear form.
And yeah.. thats one of the reasons I'd hate to be a hybrid class. Of course their ability to stand up to anything (with proper warning) makes them pwn!

Agreed. Although, I have to say, for being a hybrid, some of my stats seem pretty fucked up. Unbuffed, I have 4800hp and 6800armor in bear form, and 884 ap in kitty. And I'm in crappy gear. The taunts don't work any less effectively than warriors', and because tanking with a bear is a lot more simple than with a warrior, it's kind of hard to go wrong..
Anything other than a Felguard tanking is gone wrong. I aggro'd four mobs all at once while farming in Winterspring, a 55, 57, 57, and 57, and just tab-targetted and Ctrl+1'd them to make my Felguard cast Agony (aggro grabbing spell) on them so they all bashed him down, and for each one he attacked I just dotted it and chain-cast Health Funnel. My health and mana were pretty low at the end of that fight but regardless I don't think any other spec could have done that, even with Affliction's Siphon Life (okay, maybe).

I think you could have done it with afflicition and a few points in imp blueberry. :P
Shrug, I can do that with destruction, an imp, and a lot faster than your felguard, but unlike the FG I have to eat/drink after. (I'll fraps it if you don't believe me.)

I could too :-/
Bearform FTW.

Cheers. And, while warlock pets may be "all that", I still wouldn't trust one to tank bosses like Drakk, Rag, Nef, etc... Nothing can completely make up for a player-tank, otherwise, there wouldn't be any need for them in existance.
Funny ass warriors. On crushridge right when BC launched. Seems like all of our warriors speced Fury. So For the frist part of Rampart and a couple bosses. Guess who got to tank =].
Also Shadowpriset FTW. I didnt need to pop out and help heal once.
From Drakk up, you're definately right. He just hits too hard, too -- MT's have, what, 6000 health? My felguard has about 3.5k. But yeah, I did main-tank part of four-man Scholo the other day (the fifth spot was for looking for a warrior, obviously).

I can definetly agree with you there. To my chagrin, I ran Scholomance last night, and the paladin said he wanted to tank, so, for the first time in months, I had to heal in an instance. To my amazement and glee, though, the hunter's wolf held aggro the ENTIRE instance. I am nothing but amazed at how well pets can pull off what most people didn't think was possible. Although, in the end, I still would always prefer my nice hp and armor numbers over a pets. It does give a nice change to actually have something to heal for once, though.
BTW, I just got BC. It's installing. YAY. :D
Because a felguard didn't take azuregos.. oh wait, yea it did. And joe, real MTs have about 8-10k buffed health. What raiding guilds are you with?

Screenshots or it didnt happen. I find it hard to Belive that a felguard could tank one of the hardest raid bosses in the game. He does this AoE freeze thing that freezes you for 2 mintues.

Felguards don't hold a candle to a warrior, Joe.
Or to a really sexy (well, rather fugly, really) druid in bear form with 12k armor and 9k hp. :)
