Title: I need your oppinions!

As far as layout goes (not content..etc) Just layout wise...Which looks better, Or would you call more professional?

The first one just looks outdated like it was put together by some html web designer 5 years ago and not touched since.

The second one is pretty good, I could see it being used as is.  Definately room for improvement in toning down the bright colors/buttons and making it look neater though.

The second definately looks more professional.

I'm not a web designer, or a shelving professional, so I can't say much for improvement, but yes, the second.

The second is better, but it has a Geocities WYSIWYG Site Builder feel to it.

My god they both are really un professional looking. The 2nd is the better of the two but I suggest not using Dreamweaver or Frontpage to design your site  :-*

haha, I didn't use dream weaver, or front page, I designed that myself using a CSS I made.... I honestly don't care for dreamweaver or frontpage..

Bluntly, I don't much like either of them, but I agree that the second one looks better.

I do, however, have a suggestion that would improve the quality of the second one.  Don't use JPEGs for text-based images.  There's too much distortion.  It's especially apparent on the banner image.  Use GIFs for low color images with text and PNGs if that won't cut it.

Yeah, I normally would use a .GIF, or PNG, but I took this banner from the first one, and I have to use it...which when I took it it was already distorted. I have to use this banner because it's on all of the company trucking equipment; I also tried to make my own banner with those colours, however I can't find the right font for that "E".
