Make sure you read the whole article. It gets worse and worse!

The pants were actually found, but they have a sign that says "satisfaction guaranteed", which is basically fraud, according to him.

He also demands the price to rent a car every weekend so he could drive to another drycleaner.

Absolutely ridiculous...

I just realized this, but....

He is taking them to the cleaners!

I think those "satisfaction guaranteed" & "free" signs are fraud

This is just stupid. It was a mild inconvenience at most and he wants $65,000,000 for it. Is this really how far society has "progressed"?

This is absolutely ridiculous. My parents, being South Korean and owning a Dry Cleaners, understand what that family is going through. Dry Cleaners make shit and are forced to pay thousands of dollars for lawyers fees. The cleaner owners even OFFERED to pay the judge $12,000 (IIRC) for compensation, but he refused.

My god, words don't even begin to describe my disgust and this guy. He should have his license revoked and the family should countersue.
