First link.
Do you know what MPlugin is? Did you install it yourself? Open up the settings in iTunes, find where you manage plugins and disable MPlugin. If you need it, you can reinstall the plugin.

there is no place, that i can see, there is a disable button.
but ok i am trying to find where it says the dll file is in ie. C:Documentsand settings...... but i cannot find the application data file help?!
Application Data is a "Hidden" file. If the address bar is shown on the window, just append \Application Data onto it or enable visibility of hidden folders by going into Tools->Folder Options.
I'm not talking about going to the file, though. You should be able to see which plugins you have installed inside of iTunes.

I looked, and I couldn't find it... (I don't use iTunes daily).

I got the same error message a while back. It means "Switch over to Rockbox." I did, it worked.
