If anyone knows where to find this, thanks! And yes, I did look.

If you're wondering why, it's because I'm on Windows 98 and GTK+ 2.8+ isn't supported.

Probably somewhere around here (http://ftp.gtk.org/pub/gtk/v2.6/win32), but that's just a guess.
