I would probably want to have a Raptor or something similar to the Raptor. They say that the Raptors were very smart creatures, and I think it would be rather interesting to have one and train one.

And if you mean Velociraptor, keep in mind that Jurassic Park doesn't portray them accurately. Although you might be better off having a dumb turkey-sized dinosaur anyways.
My favorite dinosaur is the Ankylosaurus. I don't know why. But if I had one, I'm not sure where I'd keep him. But I'd definitely ride him. It'd be like riding a tank!

Are you sure? I am not referencing Jurassic Park, but with every other show that is about dinosaurs (on Animal Planet) they always portray the raptors as a little larger. Atleast 6' tall. Am I talking about a different dino?

I remember seeing a fossil of one at a museum and being confused. The ones in jurassic part were apparently modeled after the Deinonychus (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Deinonychus). But even that one's pretty small, so I don't know.

The utahraptor (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Utahraptor) is a bit bigger. 2 meters tall, 6 meters long. So the description from xkcd sounds pretty accurate

Lol. My favorite part about that movie is how they never stopped making it.. It's on like Land Before Time XXVII or something like that! Lmfao
I never really watched through a whole "episode" (it can almost be called that now, lol) of it. Never had the attention span, or later in life, the desire. The only thing I remember is the names of Sarah, Little Foot, and Petri, as well as a part where the Longneck's were running away from something and Sarah couldn't come because her dad (mom? It was masculine, but all dinosaurs are) was pissed at Little Foot's dad.
