Hello all, I got a question, how can I, for exemple allow, all user, (user without any flags too) to use functions like .ping ?

and i got another question: I want a Quizz on my clan chanel, does it possible to use javaop as quizzbot and how?

For the trivia function, you have to have a plugin. You can either make it yourself or try to find one.
