Suicide reasonably foreseeable, hmm. Actually, I'm gonna have to go with a yes.
The child predator is f'd up as is the NBC crew for exploiting the entire situation for ratings. Maybe they should pay his sister off.
Since his sister isnt at all involved with it why does she have the right to exploit her brothers suicide for money?
But iam with you CrAz3D. What NBC is doing is pretty much bullshit. Thats entrapment if I ever saw it.

Wrongful death, she's a family member, she can sue
105 million is a bit much, don't you think?

Not to NBC.
Also, I find Dateline quite captivating.

That doesn't matter. No-one else would receive such compensation in a comparable situation, so why should she just because the defendant happens to be NBC? Also, 105 million is substantial even to NBC.
Sue for high settle for low. 10% of their revenue (from the figures I find) is high, yeah.
105 million dollars is a lot of money. NBC would be pissed as hell if they lost even 1 million.
The whole child predator thing has gotten out of hand. One of the guys on that show brought the girl presents and stuff, and she asked if he had any condoms, and he said "No, I wasn't planning on doing anything like that..." and still fucking got arrested. They read off the worst of his chat log, and it was along the lines of kissing. Hahah. So illegal.
I think catching potential child molesters is a great idea myself, NBC is doing a good job. ANYone who shows up at a house expecting sex with a 13-15 year old deserves to be caught.

So when are you gonna be on TV?
