Title: New amp!
Post by: Joe on January 04, 2008, 05:32:37 pm: Today I (or.. my dad) invested $200 into a new guitar amp, a Peavey Transchorus 210. It's 100 watts.. which is really loud.. and with the reverb it sounds amazing. Thought you ought to know.

I could probably take an offering and be like "well since I just rocked your socks off, give me your money", but nah. If I ever record something with my band, though, I'd definitely drag this thing into a studio. It's a budget amp, but I like it's clean tone. Kind of like tube sound, minus the tubes. A lot of reverb.. not really tubish, but whatever.

WATTS ARENT LOUD

No, but it can generate things that make loud sounds. :)

No, but it can generate things that make loud sounds. :)

100 watts aren't loud when put through a 1/4" speaker. Funny, but not loud.

50 watts each through two 10inch speakers is loud though.
