Title: [HTML] The most basic tutorial known to man

Now, I'm sure that 90% of the people here could have written that tutorial with our hands tied behind our backs, blindfolded and intoxicated, but it seems like a pretty decent starting point for the rest of us, or anyone who you know who wants to get into it.

You'll notice that their link to their links page (how ironic) is broken in some places, so here (https://engineering.purdue.edu/ECN/Resources/BrainDump/Web/links) is a working one. :)
