Too bad I'll be heading out of town until Monday of next week, RL ftl?  Suppose I'll play around when I get home!

I've been downloading for the past 2 hours, almost. Sitting at 92%. =(

The patch brings some cool new things, but not much more to do, really. I figure Ulduar will be fun for a month, or so. Maybe a little more than that, but in a month I bet several guilds will have downed all bosses and the pugs will begin (if Ulduar follows the difficulty level trend that we've seen in wotlk). Dual talent specs is a nice new addition, as well as armor set switching. Paladins didn't really receive any nerf/buffs, as far as I can tell. Death Knight patches are "tl;dr".

I dunno. I'm looking forward to seeing these hi-res armor sets. :P

I've mirrored the patch over at my site, if you prefer a http download (It's faster due to Blizzard rate limiting downloader.)

Cheaper than running it in the States/Canada by a lot.  :)

Really? Who do you purchase hosting from? I'm currently paying $20 a month for a standard linux VPS. I'd like to pay less, since all I really do on it is run my ircd, and mess with Python/Apache/MySQL.

Mine downloaded in like 20 minutes.

:/

As for raiding, I'm out of town for the week and I'll be curious to see where my guild sits when I get back Monday.

If you're french, you can get hosting from these guys for $9.99 euros a month, unlimited transfer, 100mit connection.  If you're not, well, you're out of luck.

I probably shouldn't complain since I hardly even play anymore. basically I just log in to talk to friends and afk in dalaran, wtb raiding guild that doesn't raid weekends or end raids past midnight my time (and doesn't suck) :(

A blue poster said they expect all servers to be up around 5 PST. So, in a little less than an hour.

looks like my guild isn't going to jump until ulduar until designated raid nights. so we havent tried it yet. apparantly on our server (maybe all?) ulduar bosses were registering with 1 hp. people cleared the entire thing and the server was rolled back and hot fixed. lol. now ulduar sounds unplayable, for now.

i've been doing these tournament quests. they're ok. the black knight chain is fun. hehe

edit: meh, i waited all day to do a few kind of boring dailies. my guild ended up going to ulduar after naxx, and plans to raid until 5am. lol. i said eff that.

Damn, what server do you play on? Only one guild on my server has even cleared to Yogg-Saron.

Stormreaver. By most raiding guilds, I really only meant like the top 3-5 guilds. The rest are just the typical scrub guilds that die every other month, and come back with a different name, heh.

Impervious, like a highly ranked in the world guild, cleared it yesterday, I think. One of the other big guilds cleared it today. The guild I'm in got pretty far from what I heared. I don't have a 25 man raiding spot, though. =\

Edit: Yea, Impervious was 11th in the US, but I don't think wowjutsu has been updated very recently.
