Title: Things I learned at the Exploritorium (Science Museum) with Sidoh
Post by: Ergot on January 05, 2012, 11:44:16 pm
Sidoh and I went on a bro-date. It was romantic. Also his girlfriend came too as a third-wheel... awkward. (j/k she's awesome).

1. Exponential decay is in fact Linear border lining Constant in time.
2. Scientist use rigged scales to have you believe that a 1kg giant box weighs the same as a tiny 1kg copper weight.
3. When picking your nose, if at first you don't succeed... try, try again.
4. Vibrating a plate covered with sand at a certain frequency makes all the sand fly off.
5. There's nothing more exciting than the idea of a KFC buffet.
6. 2/3 People believe that the best reason to travel back in time is to eat dinosaurs.
7. The attached photo is how babies are made.

I liked this story.  The part with the sand was cool.  It was funny when he picked his nose.

Things I learned (not necessarily at the exploratorium)

1. One order of popcorn chicken at Quickly is enough to feed three people. Don't need to order a second one.
2. Ergot needs sleepytime after a long day of walking around and eating.
3. Driving in San Francisco is kinda scary. :|
4. Children in the exploratorium suck. We should put them all in a transparent box and make an exhibit out of them.

Shit, seriously? I thought you were all the way down in LA. Completely just a faulty assumption that Ergot was the only one in the area... definitely wasn't deliberate. :(

I'll be here again this summer. Maybe you will too? We'll hang out!

What can I say? I need a chaperone?

I dunno, she seems to get you in more trouble than she prevents. That's not really doing a good job as a chaperone. :)

That's quite likely true.
