Title: Quick infrastructure note...

You may have noticed some downtime this morning. It was brief and planned - I installed a UPS. So hopefully from now on, there will be less downtimes. :)

Sometimes when I go on vacation. It's been pretty okay lately, fortunately.

Except if you're in my office, where self-managed UPSes tend to fail more than building power. Someone's apcupsd recently shutdown their machine during a self test, that's how dead it was!
