Anyone know of a cheap web service for making international calls? Been doing a lot of business in Europe, and Skype is too expensive per minute.

Does Google voice not work from Europe?

Is there a reason simple solutions like prepaid calling cards and your current cell phone (if in the US), or a burner phone (if in Europe), don't work?
