Title: Who has the power?

Ooh, a political problem!

There have been many amendments in the constitution in the last 100 years.  One controversial item regards the transfer of power should one of the main people die while in office.  If the Vice-President and the Speaker of the House of Representatives die while in office, then who becomes president?

There is no change, the current President stays President.
