How to make a high tech christmas tree on a budget
1. Get some 8-gauge (or so) solid core wire, bend it into a star.
2. Wrap the star with yellow Cat-5 cable (crossover, of course).
3. Get a coat rack.
4. Attach lights to the coat rack, from the legs to the top.
5. Wrap colored Cat5 cable around the lights.
6. Hang CDs, candy canes, etc. on the "tree".
7. Tape the star to the top of the "tree".
8. Put special gifts (keyboards, mice, etc.) under the tree.
That's it! A tree for the cost of $10 for the lights (everything else was laying around the office)!

No, but if you jump over the miniwall right behind the safe you'd be at my desk

When I opened the picture, my dad was walking by and saw it. He spent 10 minutes staring at my screen trying to figure out what that opaque text on the poster said. We concluded thus far: Sniffer Technologies Guide to Communica[tions]. I'm just assuming it's communications, but there could be another ending.

Probably.
It's a protocol guide. Lists a ton of protocols, how they relate, and which level of the OSI Model they relate to.
It's a good thing this wasn't pron :D

I have a slightly newer version of that poster, you can see it here (http://www.digitaldoozie.net/home/images/poster.jpg). I got it from a McAfee representative that tried selling the Government of Manitoba some software. It says "Sniffer Technologies Guide To Communication Protocols" - my picture is much clearer, you'll probably be able to make most of it out.
:)

Yep, can totally tell on your picture. And boo @ McAfee.

He said "hosts", which I assume meant he was talking about the lot of us
