Title: x86 on WoW?
Post by: Armin on October 09, 2005, 11:36:50 am
Yeah, I'm thinkin' that x86 should move to 1 server on WoW instead of being seperated across everything. What server you ask? I'm thinking it'd be good to wait for a new server, that way we can kick major ass.

Who'd like to see this happen? It's always great to be with people you know.

As soon as they offer realm transfer, which they are implementing soon actually, I will switch servers.  I think its only switchable to realms of the same type, ie PvP to PvP, RP to RP, PVPRP to PVPRP.

I guess the next question then is, what faction and what type of server? I personally like Alliance on PvP, but I'm up for trying something new. Also Blaze, I'm not sure if they're going to offer realm transfer to new servers because it would kind of kill the whole fresh start thing.

Well, I just decided that starting over would suck ass, so perhaps once they have the server transfer finished, we could all transfer to the same server? Who would be up for this?

I think I'll be sticking with my Human Paly on Sargeras. If you want to transfer to me, that'd be nice, but I'm not going out of my way to leave the server with all of my friends.

There's no way I'm going to be moving servers.  I won't even consider transferring.

While this may seem selfish, I run a Molten Core Raid (http://www.sidoh.org/mc) with around 70 other members, which is definitely a great motive to stay put.  Additionally, I love the guild I'm in and I know a lot of them aren't willing to transfer.

I'll be happy to make an alt with you guys though.  :)

I'm not in any guild, so I'm up for moving where ever

An alt would be great.

So then the next question is, everyone fine with PvP and Alliance? This is what we're supposed to be discussing!

Sidoh likes RP, I like PvP.  Anyone know what the coniditions are on the new RP-PvP servers?

I like alliance. Gnomes for life! ;)

I've not played on a RP-PvP server yet, but I wouldn't mind trying.

I really don't mind.  The largest problem I have with playing on a PvP server is almost completely negated when I have a constant group of friends to play with.

Alliance is preferable for me, although I would play horde.  I've played two Alliance characters to 50+, so I have an easier time doing the quests.  As I said, Horde is okay, though.  I like Shaman.  :)

I just started on a server. I like this server. I will not switch.

I would roll an orc warlock with you, although if I rerolled I'd want to do a PvE server.  Although there isn't TOO much ganking anymore since BGs came out, PvE is a lot less stressful.  ;)
