Facebook killed the radio star. And by radio star, I mean the premise of distributed forums around the internet. And that got got by Instagram/SnapChat. And that got got by TikTok. Where the fuck is the internet we once knew?
This section allows you to view all posts made by this member. Note that you can only see posts made in areas you currently have access to.
And jews. Don't forget the jews.I'm a gay racist scientologist child molester! Also rapist and bestiality lover.
That's pretty much all of our societies hates.
You forgot politician, lawyer, and CEO of certain financial companies.
especially since IME is a pretty standard tool in every other OS.Yeah but this is Windows.
Adblock has a Chrome version of their service, but I'll admit it's not as good. I haven't updated in a while... maybe I should do that. Are you one of those people that has 500 tabs open at any given moment and then wonders why his browser is slow? I had to go to the hospital after all my facepalms reading Slashdot users complain about that..
Chrome gives developers a lot less room than Firefox does, which is unfortunate in many ways. Seriously, though... I can hardly handle how slow Firefox is in comparison. I'm almost never waiting for Chrome, which is much more often the case with Firefox.
i <3 chrome. much less clunky than firefox.your second line is clearly sarcasm, but that wasn't one of the reasons that i dislike chrome. i tried it and it just didn't feel as good.. also, noscript, flashblock, and abp are all wayyyy awesome.
plus, i wouldn't want google to go without any shred of the personal information i share with other parts of the internet. this is another way to make sure they get ALL of it.
and that makes it right!Hahahah. I +1 this post for awesomeness. I used to own several of those and have used many at my work. They are atrocious. In addition to being completely uncomfortable (for reference, I like split ergonomic keyboards) they're also just annoyingly loud. I don't need to hear my keyboard as I'm pressing buttons, tyvm.
seriously... those keyboards are lame. I've used them too, and I still feel like I'm in the 1980s when I use one. Maybe that's why people like them
5. Windows 7 Ultimate (yes I know it's $300....which sucks), other essentials I may have left outWrong. As a student, you are eligible to get Ultimate for <$100. As an MSDN subscriber you get Win7 Ultimate, Office 2010, etc etc. for free.
Good god, that's well!A quick Google search produced these:But what if someone actually is doing good?
Impact Does Not Mean to Affect
Impact as a noun
...
To me, it sounds almost as annoying as, "I'm doing good." If you don't know why that's wrong, then go back to the 6th grade ... it's where I learned, "I'm doing well!".
Well, that's good.
Why do we continue to abuse the word, "impact" when words like "affect" or "influence" are better alternatives!? I mean, turn on any news station and listen to them! Every damn thing is an impact, or something was impacted. I mean, look at these definitions for impactLanguage changes. Get over it. How society uses a word ultimately decides its definition.
I was really hoping for Warrior to pop out of the depths of inactivity to defend, but even after asking him about it on AIM, he mentioned the only politicians that'll avoid shit like this are gonna come from our generation.Warrior's an optimist, eh. No politician is going to start campaigning against the MPAA/RIAA when they fund so much of the incumbent's coffers. Even our generation has extreme radicals that think companies are the world's gift to us, and that IP laws are necessary.
Yeah, Obama's done a lot of shitty things. So has bush. This is why I don't vote or believe in democracy -- "anyone who is capable of becoming president should not be allowed to lead."There's nothing inherently wrong about democracy. The problem becomes when the electorate, such as what we have today, is stupid. With Fox News, MSNBC, and all the other biased reporting, people just vote based on who has become the loudest voice today. Campaign reform is necessary, but those that understand the requirement for that also realize it will never happen because the politicans like being bought out by individuals and/or companies. Hence the validity of your quote. In the olden days (when the constitution was first created, for example) democracy was actually very successful.
