i dunt knbow bu i need help to host and i need some requests lol i already opened all the gizum ports plz post if u  have any tips

hey omg this is so freekin hard i have a router and am on a mac and i opened all the ports and what not and i still cant host please post if u  know any solutions besides get a pc  ::) lol thanks
