I keep forgetting you guys exist

You don't say!

So I went to log in to my forum name @gmail for the first time in... probably 3 years. I haven't used the email address or the name for even longer than that.

After a long time I guessed my password and was greeted with this:

The answer? newby.

Remember when you made a shitty VB program that refreshed a website that was giving away gmail invites until it changed, and we got invites way early? My welcome email from gmail is from June 04, so this is over 11 years ago. God damn.

/nostalgia trip

Also my inbox is very fun. 8000+ unread messages. In the first year or so, my email has become associated with at least 1 Apple ID, Snapchat, vine and instagram account, all appearing to be different people. It's been used as the recovery email for 12 different gmail addresses in 4 different languages. It was used to rent a car in Israel, and sent a very long chat log of a WhatsApp sext session in Spanish. How do so many people use the wrong email for important stuff! The amount of personal information you can get from some of this stuff is silly. Not to mention plain text passwords from shitty websites.

If you get it rooted try installing one of the AOSP based roms (CyanogenMod 9/10, AOKP). I like Android much better without any of the handset manufacturers modifications.

Supposedly Verizon is increasing at least the downstream portion for most fios subscribers in a couple weeks. Going to go from 35/35 to 75/35. This makes me happy. Give me all of the bits! ALL OF THEM!

I got bored so I started making a tool to help pick between similar items. Makes it easy to see how changes in vitality/armor/resistance affect your overall survivability. Going to add damage stats, and maybe skill comparisons if I get really unlazy.

(output looks reasonable but I haven't actually checked it yet!)

You're not supposed to be on Diablo until 50.  You don't even get to unlock Hell until 50.  So dumb.

And the drops in Hell A1 are vastly superior to the drops in NM A4, for no apparent reason.  I went from finding 100dps weapons in NM to finding 300 dps weapons in hell.  The jump is far greater than Norm->NM, and from what I'm told it's even bigger Hell->Inferno.

AFAIK, here's how the tiers of gear work:

Normal
Nightmare
Hell
Inferno Act1
Inferno Act2
Inferno Act3
Inferno Act4

You have the highest chance to get loot from the current tier you are in, but you also have a small chance to get gear from one higher or lower from you current tier.
Pretty sure drops are tied to monster level which in inferno is 61 in Act 1, 62 in Act 2 and 63 in Acts 3 and 4. In the lower difficulties monster levels vary across the act, presumably roughly with the expected leveling curve.

Also, I've basically hit a wall with act 3 inferno. Running in circles praying not to get 1 shot when you try to hurt things is only so much fun :(

Barbarians are the weakest class in the game right now.  I can either not kill act1 inferno champion mobs, or it will take 5 minutes.  Basically I'm only good for taking damage and I can't really play do any solo play unless I just want to progress in the story.  Also I pretty much can't do *anything* in act2 inferno.  Good times.
Eh, this is roughly my experience with a wizard as well. I think it is just stupid hard unless you were using one of the cheesy builds they just hotfixed to not work.

Made it through hell fairly easy as a wizard, but inferno is just ridiculous.

Bought a new cheapo laptop, holy shit toshiba I had no idea it was possible to install so much bloatware crap on a computer. I think my dell had a handful of things I got rid of, but there are like ~25 retarded toshiba apps alone, not even counting the bundled garbage trials and such.

I used to not care about clothing, and back then I would shop at all your typical mall stores. Express, Abercrombie, Aeropostale, etc etc. That led to me amassing a lot of clothes, most of which suck. Now I spend more per item and get fewer items.

Pants are definitely where finding clothes sucks. My waist is definitely smaller than a 30, but no stores carry smaller than a 30. I will on occassion find some jeans at Old Navy that are a 28 or 29, and those fit better. When it comes to suit jackets and shirts, if I look hard enough for my size I find things fit me well without tailoring.
I KNOW YOU POST ON STYLEFORUM

I have the opposite problem, I cannot find shirts that fit well for the life of me. I have a skinny neck, long arms, and big shoulders. Basically anything I find that fits my neck is guaranteed to be an inch or more too small in the shoulders. Hate hate hate.

I recently started exercising and eating decently for basically the first time ever. I feel so much better in my daily life it is ridiculous. I don't have trouble sleeping anymore, I can make it through a day of work without being exhausted at the end, and feeling better about myself is leading to massively reduced anxiety. Basically win all around.
